The Wilton Parks Advisory Committee and the Wilton Fireman’s Association sponsored the annual Wilton Round-Up that celebrates life in the country and provides an opportunity to view some classic cars and taste delicious chili. This family event took place on Saturday, September 29th at the Wilton Fire Station and benefited charities including the Pacific Burn Institute Kid’s Burn Camp.
The Wilton Chili Team was proud to place second with their TrailFest Chili.
The Central Valley Rails to Trails Foundation, led by Mary Upham, organized the “Happy Trails” Wilton Parade. The parade route down Dillard Road crossed the Central California Traction Rail Corridor, providing participants and spectators with a view of the proposed trail site. Parade entrants were judged in front of the Wilton Fire Station.
