Patricia Baker – President

PBakerPatricia was elected to serve as President of the Board in 2015. Her career experience in Inter-Governmental Relations spans 40 years working for the betterment of indigenous Native American Indians throughout California, Alaska and Arizona. She has served as the Tribal Vice-Chairwoman of the Pauma Band of Luiseno Mission Indians and was the Tribe’s Land Use Planner and Project Director. She is the Secretary of the Cosumnes River Indian Association water company.

Patricia is a resident of Wilton, and has been a supporter of CVRTF since it was first founded. She serves as the facilities coordinator for the TrailFest event and is a member of the chili competition team. Patricia looks forward to riding her bike on the rail trail.
